Sunham Home Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Associate to manage supply chain operations and ensure seamless distribution of soft home goods to major retailers.

This role bridges overseas production offices, internal sales teams, and retail buyers, tracking shipments, inventory, and orders while supporting sales forecasting. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in procurement or logistics, with experience working with overseas vendors and strong Excel/ERP skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in procurement, logistics, or supply chain coordination.
• Experience with overseas vendors and international shipping terms.
• Strong data entry and ERP proficiency; advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent communication with sales teams, overseas units, and buyers.

Responsibilities

• Track international shipments and ensure on-time departure and delivery.
• Coordinate with overseas offices on production and handovers.
• Maintain logistics pipeline and monitor transit statuses.
• Report delays and adjust POE/DIR windows with sales team.
• Align product arrivals with retail compliance windows and forecasts.
• Provide daily shipment updates to retail buyers' assistants.
• Review monthly revenue and demand forecasting with Sales Manager.
• Track invoicing to meet department sales goals.
• Prepare materials for internal/external meetings and enter orders.
• Verify pricing, terms, and item details on incoming orders.
• Create product specification sheets per retailer guidelines.
• Manage inbound/outbound sample inventory for client presentations.
