Job summary

ExtraHop is seeking a Procurement Operations Manager to support internal sourcing and vendor management, balancing cost, quality, and business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Accounting and Legal to manage multi-year contracts and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in procurement roles within technology or software environments and is proficient with NetSuite and Excel. This role offers a hybrid/remote-friendly setup and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
3–5 years of procurement, sourcing, purchasing, or vendor management experience.
Experience supporting corporate functions within a technology, SaaS, software, or similar environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage sourcing and purchasing activities for internal business functions.
Support RFx evaluations and commercial negotiations with the RFx team.
Identify opportunities to improve value, reduce costs, and support operational efficiency.
Track procurement metrics and prepare routine spend reporting.
