Job summary

REHAU is seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead procurement across the Americas, driving cost optimization, supplier innovation, and supply chain resilience. You will lead a high-performing team and partner with Finance, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, Sales, Legal, and Global Procurement to align sourcing with business priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in SCM or related field (or equivalent experience).
10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain leadership in manufacturing/industrial environments.
Experience leading regional procurement organizations and building high-performing teams.
Strong background in supplier negotiations, contract management, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management.
Experience in complex manufacturing or global supply chains.
Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the regional procurement strategy aligned with business objectives.
Drive strategic sourcing to optimize total cost of ownership while ensuring quality and supply continuity.
Lead contract negotiations and manage supplier performance.
Develop supplier diversity, sustainability, and resilience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and present updates to executives.
