PERMA-PIPE International Holdings, Inc. seeks a Regional Procurement Manager - Americas to lead sourcing and supplier management for North America, including Lebanon, TN and other NA sites. You will drive cost reductions, optimize inventory, and ensure compliance across multiple facilities.

The role requires 15+ years in procurement within a manufacturing environment, a Bachelor's degree, and ERP experience. CPM/PMP are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.) and PMP preferred.
• 15+ years in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and major sourcing processes.

Responsabilités

• Lead procurement across all North American operating sites.
• Evaluate, select, and manage suppliers in line with company policies.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing agreements, and service arrangements.
• Coordinate centralized procurement of major raw materials and capex.
• Optimize inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material flow.
• Collaborate across sites to leverage global sourcing and cost savings.
• Ensure procurement processes comply with ISO and internal policies; participate in audits.
• Approve purchase orders within authorized limits and lead contract renewals.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve procurement objectives; travel up to 25%.
