Job summary

Fortra is seeking a Manager, Procurement to lead global procurement strategy and vendor governance. You will drive cross-functional initiatives with Legal, Finance, and Security, build and mentor a procurement team, and align purchasing with budgets across locations.

You will partner with executives to streamline supplier bases, manage contract reviews, and optimize spend while ensuring strong controls and compliance. This role offers remote/hybrid work within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Strong professional experience in Procurement, contract review and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of financial reports and variance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing procurement for all global locations and driving strategy.
• Partnering with Finance to align procurement with purchasing and budgets.
• Developing procurement policies, training, and ensuring consistency.
• Monitoring vendor performance and supplier issues, driving resolution.
• Leading system implementation and enterprise-wide adoption.
• Managing team performance and coaching team members.
