Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Columbus, OH seeks a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Lead to drive procurement strategy across a client account, manage a team of procurement professionals, and collaborate with finance and operations.

You will oversee vendor relationships, lead high-complexity RFPs, analyze spend, and apply AI analytics to optimize capacity and forecast workloads. A Bachelor's in Business or related field is required; MBA preferred; 7+ years in procurement; compensation $131,750–$155,000

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• MBA or related Master's Degree preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, ideally in facility services or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Procurement relationship globally with Client, Account Management Team, Vendors, C&W Corporate and other key stakeholders.
• Implement programs and initiatives to ensure achievement of all goals, metrics & KPIs.
• Develop and facilitate high complexity RFPs, analyze responses, negotiate and use other techniques as required to obtain the expected results.
• Interprets contracts, negotiates with vendors and ensures appropriate contractual records retention plans are in place on the account.
• Advise management regarding contractual rights, obligations, and other contractual matters, such as effective use of resources and legal issues.
