Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Lead to oversee procurement strategies across a client account and lead a team of procurement professionals. You will collaborate with multiple departments to support organizational objectives and drive cost-effective purchasing.

The role emphasizes building strong supplier relationships, managing KPIs, and leveraging analytics to optimize procurement performance within a real estate-focused portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
• MBA or related Master's Degree preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, ideally in facility services or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Procurement relationship globally with Client, Account Management Team, Vendors, C&W Corporate and other key stakeholders.
• Implement programs and initiatives to ensure achievement of all goals, metrics & KPIs.
• Analyze account-wide spend, vendors, operations and processes to continually identify opportunities for value creation and develop procurement strategy.
• Develop and facilitate high complexity RFPs, analyze responses, negotiate and use other techniques to obtain results.
• Interprets contracts, negotiates with vendors and ensures proper contractual records retention.
• Advise management on contractual rights, obligations, and other contractual matters; ensure resource optimization.
• Manage development, installation, and maintenance of tracking and reporting mechanisms.
• Maintain organized records to ensure checks and balances for service contracts and compliance.
• Engage with Category Managers and preferred suppliers in execution of procurement duties.
• Lead and participate in meetings; generate and distribute reports.
• Evaluate supplier performance and address quality, delivery, or service issues.
• Collaborate with finance and operations to understand procurement needs; leverage AI analytics to optimize resources and capacity planning.
