Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required.
• MBA or related Master's Degree preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement relationships globally with client, account team, vendors and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement procurement strategies based on opportunities identified.
• Lead and facilitate high complexity RFPs and negotiations to achieve results.
• Interpret contracts and maintain contractual records and compliance.
• Provide reporting and analytics to optimize resource allocation and capacity planning.
