Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Lead to oversee procurement across client sites, drive cost-effective purchasing, and build strong supplier relationships. You will lead a team of procurement professionals and collaborate with finance and operations to align with business goals.

This role emphasizes strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and analytics to improve spend and supplier performance, reporting to the Division Procurement Director in a global program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required.
• MBA or related Master’s Degree preferred.
• 7+ years’ experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, ideally in facility services or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Procurement relationship globally with Client, Account Management Team, Vendors, C&W Corporate and other key stakeholders.
• Implement programs and initiatives to ensure achievement of all goals, metrics & KPIs.
• Analyze account-wide spend, vendors, operations and processes to continually identify opportunities for value creation and develop a procurement strategy.
• Develop and facilitate high complexity RFPs, analyze responses, negotiate and use other techniques as required.
