Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Manager, Global Procurement Lead to oversee procurement strategies across a client account portfolio.

You will lead a team, manage supplier relationships, and coordinate with finance and operations to optimize spend and performance. You will develop procurement programs, analyze spend, and implement contracts while leveraging best practices across C&W and client requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required; MBA preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in Procurement/Strategic Sourcing, ideally in facility services or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Procurement relationship globally with Client, Account Management Team, Vendors, C&W Corporate and other key stakeholders.
• Implement programs and initiatives to ensure achievement of all goals, metrics & KPIs.
• Develop and facilitate high complexity RFPs, analyze responses, negotiate and use other techniques as required to obtain the expected results.
• Interprets contracts, negotiates with vendors and ensures appropriate contractual records retention plans.
