You will guide a team of scientists and ML engineers, apply advanced statistical models at scale, and help shape how Amazon procures and manages supplies

Qualifications

• 5+ years building quantitative solutions as a scientist or science manager.
• 2+ years of scientists or ML engineers management experience.
• 5+ years applying statistical models for large-scale applications.
• PhD in computer science, mathematics, statistics, machine learning or equivalent quantitative field.
• Knowledge of Python or R or other scripting language.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of technical solutions and programs for inventory management of non-inventory supplies.
• Guide a team of scientists and ML engineers to deploy scalable analytics.
