Job summary

Responsibilities

• Identify and drive process improvement projects to meet cost, safety, quality, and on-time delivery goals.
• Define, create, and implement SOPs; assist in training programs, PM schedules, and LEAN systems.
• Represent Tulsa in Global Process Development Group to share best practices and standards.
• Lead product transfer and New Product Development (NPD) projects for Tulsa.
• Conduct risk analysis, control plans, and process FMEA; liaison with Design for manufacturing support.
