Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve system-generated sanctions alerts, including name screening, transaction monitoring, and country-based restrictions, to identify potential matches.
  • Conduct investigations of potential sanctions matches, gather information and documentation from internal and external sources.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on sanctions operations, providing guidance, support and mentorship to junior analysts and other stakeholders across the organization.
  • Contribute to the strategic development and maintenance of sanctions operations policies, procedures and workflows to ensure compliance with evolving global regulations.
  • Review changes in global sanctions laws, regulations, and enforcement trends issued by authorities (e.g., OFAC, EU, UN), and assess potential impact on Google's operations.

Global Process Manager, Compliance, Sanctions Operations

  • Maternity Leave (Short-Term Disability + Baby Bonding): 28-30 weeks
  • Baby Bonding Leave: 18 weeks
  • Holidays: 13 paid days per year

  • Experience with advanced data analysis and reporting tools to extract insights and support decision-making.
  • Knowledge of global sanctions regulations and lists.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, with attention to detail.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $111000 - $159000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
