Job summary

Google is seeking a Global Process Manager for Compliance, Sanctions Operations to lead sanctions alert handling, investigations, and policy alignment within a growing compliance program. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal or consulting.
• Preferred: CAMS or CGSS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve system-generated sanctions alerts, including name screening, transaction monitoring, and country-based restrictions, to identify potential matches.
• Conduct investigations of potential sanctions matches, gather information and documentation from internal and external sources.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on sanctions operations, providing guidance, support and mentorship to junior analysts and other stakeholders across the organization.
• Contribute to the strategic development and maintenance of sanctions operations policies, procedures and workflows to ensure compliance with evolving global regulations.
• Review changes in global sanctions laws, regulations, and enforcement trends issued by authorities (e.g., OFAC, EU, UN), and assess potential impact on Google's operations.
