Job summary

Safran Aerosystems seeks a Business Process Engineer to design, optimize, document, implement and monitor processes across the Evacuation Systems unit. This role focuses on Lean and continuous improvement, ensuring processes are fully documented and aligned with the Quality Systems Manual where applicable.

You will manage process maps, templates, and change processes, audit compliance, and support audits. Strong English communication, mathematical ability, and proficiency in Visio/iGrafx are

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and interpret technical journals related to business process management.
• Must be able to clearly and effectively present information to team members and management in English.
• Must be able to perform mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the Business Process Management Program.
• Identify areas requiring improvement and document processes at all locations.
• Simulate processes using iGrafx when required.
• Lead Lean and Continuous improvement teams within the BPM Program.
• Create and manage standardized process map templates.
