Responsibilities

• Lead or support new product commercialization activities, including process development, scale-up, validation, and manufacturing readiness.
• Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting and resolving process issues.
• Apply statistical methods to monitor, control, and improve process capability, reliability, and product consistency.
• Identify and lead initiatives to improve cost, quality, service, throughput, and yield.
• Support improvements related to process safety, environmental performance, and equipment reliability.
• Evaluate capital planning needs and support equipment upgrades and investments.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute process trials and data-driven improvements.
• Document findings and communicate recommendations for team decisions.
