Job summary

Fly Alliance Charter LLC is seeking an International Dispatcher to coordinate private jet charters globally. You will manage flight planning, regulatory compliance, and timely operations while serving as the main liaison with clients, crews, and authorities.

The role requires FAA dispatcher certification and 2–3 years in flight dispatch or operations, with a preference for international experience and strong customer service skills. Office-based in Ocoee, FL with potential remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Aviation Management or related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in flight dispatch or operations.
• FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate required.
• Experience with international operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and file comprehensive flight plans, considering weather and aircraft performance.
• Monitor flight operations in real time and communicate changes to crews and clients.
• Coordinate with ATC, ground handlers, and vendors for services and permits.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, EASA, and regional regulations and maintain records.
