Job summary

GlobalX seeks a seasoned FAA Aircraft Dispatcher to prepare flight releases, monitor routes, and coordinate OCC-aviation communications. The role supports domestic and flag operations and requires strong safety reporting and navigation awareness.

Expect work across shifts, travel for familiarization flights, and heavy emphasis on regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates will have FAA Dispatcher License, experience in Part 121 operations, and mastery of MS Office.

Qualifications

• Current FAA Aircraft Dispatcher License.
• 2 YRS regulatory knowledge and dispatch experience in Part 121 Operations.
• Must work in a high stress environment with time constraints.
• High School graduate; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Dispatch Release for each flight between points as assigned for Domestic/Flag, jointly responsible with the captain for operational control.
• Monitor flight progress and provide necessary information for safety.
• Maintain two-way OCC- aircraft communications for planned operations.
