Qualifications

• JD or equivalent degree and bar in good standing.
• 7+ years attorney-level experience in government, in-house, or law firm.
• Experience with legal, regulatory and litigation matters and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to data incidents and consult on regulatory inquiries and investigations.
• Oversee accurate data collection and production for external submissions and disclosures.
