Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in privacy, compliance, risk management, information security, technology audit, or data governance.
• Experience performing risk assessments, control assessments, privacy assessments, audits, or compliance reviews.
• Hands-on experience with global privacy and data protection regulations such as GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, PIPL, or other emerging global data protection regimes.
• Experience with data classification, data governance, data inventories, or data-flow mapping.

Responsibilities

• Program operation: Define, establish, and improve privacy and regulatory compliance frameworks for IS&T, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and reporting.
• Requirements translation: Convert regulatory obligations and internal policy into practical, testable control requirements and repeatable processes.
• Risk and control assessment: Perform privacy and control assessments, identify gaps, quantify risk, and recommend remediation.
• Design review: Evaluate architectures and data flows for alignment with control objectives and collaborate with engineering teams.
• Remediation accountability: Track findings, drive owners toward outcomes, and remove obstacles to progress.
• Monitoring and reporting: Build data-driven metrics and dashboards to show compliance posture to engineering leaders and executives.
• Analysis at scale: Query large datasets to validate controls and surface anomalies.
• Cross-functional partnership: Foster collaboration across IS&T and regional teams.
• Enablement: Promote adoption of compliance platforms and standards; support awareness initiatives.
