Job summary

Apple Inc. in Austin, Texas, is seeking an Engineering Program Manager for the SDS Privacy team to lead cross-functional privacy initiatives spanning engineering, legal, and compliance.

The role focuses on building programs, processes, and partnerships to ensure data collection and use meet SDS and Apple privacy standards. The EPM will onboard teams to privacy platforms, design role-based training, run the awareness program, and collaborate with Privacy Legal and Privacy Compliance to scale

Qualifications

• BS/MS or equivalent experience in engineering, math, computer science (minimum)
• 3+ years of technical/program management experience
• Ability to navigate regulation and provide clear guidance
• Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships across engineering, legal and policy
• Excellent written and verbal communication, adaptable to audiences

Responsibilities

• Onboard engineering teams to privacy platforms and define SDS procedures
• Design and maintain privacy training, drive awareness programs, and manage the SDS privacy website
• Serve as SDS Privacy DRI, monitor regulatory changes and coordinate cross-functional responses
