Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant privacy experience, ideally in-house at a B2B technology company.
• Expertise in data privacy, biometrics, AI/ML regulations, and legal advocacy.
• Experience advising clients in global transactions and privacy law.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on global privacy laws.
• Develop and maintain the Privacy program for compliance.
• Provide privacy legal advice on new products and features.
• Advise on transactions involving privacy issues and data sharing.
