Job summary

Formerra, a leading distributor of engineered materials, seeks a Pricing Coordinator in Chicago to join the pricing team. You will actively manage quotes, billing blocks, and pricing movements, while maintaining the product and pricing database and supplier rebate agreements to ensure profitability and accuracy across global quotes.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of business experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. SAP and Salesforce experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of previous business experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, or applicable field.
• SAP and Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage quotes and billing blocks.
• CUPS entry and internal/external review.
• Execute global pricing movements.
• Notify customers of pricing movements.
• Analysis and approval of credits/debits.
• Quarterly interface with both internal and external auditors to show compliance with policies and in place controls.
