Integreon is seeking a Presentation Specialist to produce high-quality documents and presentations for global client projects. The role emphasizes creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a client operations team.

Responsibilities include creating and formatting PowerPoint, Word, and Excel templates, designing templates from scratch, and converting handwritten or PDF materials into professional slides. Optional use of CorelDraw and InDesign is noted.

Qualifications

• High school graduates with basic MS Office experience.
• Freshers, professionals or students with MS Office basics.

Responsibilities

• Create and format PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel templates for global clients.
• Design high-quality presentation templates from scratch.
• Convert handwritten, scanned, or PDF documents into professional slides.
• Format raw presentations according to client standards and templates.
• Deliver projects independently from start to finish with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a self-quality checklist to ensure error-free output.
• Utilize CorelDraw and InDesign optional tools.
