Job summary

Locus is seeking a global PreSales leader to build and run the enterprise PreSales function as we scale in North America and Europe. You will own the value-driven proof, design demos, and run POCs that differentiate our Transportation Management System in large-scale deals.

You will lead a distributed team across NA, Europe, and India, developing assets, playbooks, and reference architectures to drive win rates and customer outcomes. International travel is required.

Qualifications

• Leading and building customer-facing technical teams across geographies.
• Experience shaping and scaling PreSales, Solutions Consulting, or Solution Architecture.
• Proven ability to build repeatable playbooks and POC frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale the global PreSales function across NA, Europe, and India.
• Lead discovery, design demonstrations, POC work, and RFP responses.
• Develop assets, certifications, and ROI tooling for the GTM org.
• Collaborate with Industry Principal on transformation theses and strategic pursuits.
• Travel 30-40% and manage a distributed team across time zones.
