Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the practice group plan and drive selected work streams.
• Coordinate daily operations of the practice group including meetings and agendas.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency in operations, matter management, and processes.
• Assist onboarding of lateral partners and counsel; support regional expansion and integration plans.
• Collaborate with finance to analyze performance metrics and assist with budgets.
• Monitor market trends and share relevant developments with stakeholders.
• Mentor junior team members and oversee staff in the practice development function.
