Overview

The Senior Practice Technology Advisor plays a key role in advancing the firm's practice technology initiatives by evaluating, implementing, and supporting innovative legal technology solutions within practice groups. Working closely with practice groups, IT teams, and vendors, the advisor identifies opportunities for adoption, conducts pilot programs, and ensures seamless integration of new technologies into workflows.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, evaluate, and recommend innovative legal technology solutions.
  • Collaborate with practice groups to identify technology improvement opportunities.
  • Design and execute comprehensive pilot programs for new technologies.
  • Establish pilot success metrics and review adoption results.
  • Coordinate cross‑functional implementation teams, including IT and Knowledge Management.
  • Provide expertise and oversight on complex workflow establishment.
  • Follow established security and governance protocols during implementation.
  • Build enthusiasm for technology adoption through value demonstrations.
  • Develop training strategies and collaborate to educate attorney teams.
  • Provide advanced technical support and coordinate with vendors for resolution.
  • Identify and act on opportunities for adoption optimization.
  • Lead project teams for technology initiatives and special projects.
  • Promote knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with technology vendors.
  • Negotiate vendor agreements with the Director and Procurement.
  • Track vendor updates, conduct testing, and advocate for firm needs with vendor product teams.

Compensation And Total Rewards Package

Boston, Chicago, Washington, D.C., & Los Angeles: $150,100 - $240,150.
New York City: $161,000 - $257,600.

Working Conditions
