Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of propulsion system related engineering and/or program management experience.
• Understanding of phased gated launch processes for product development.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate to and prepare presentations for executive leadership.
• Strong cross functional team management skills and written/oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the assigned program to assure cost, time, quality and performance.
• Coordinates cross functional Platform team involved in program targets achievement.
• Ensure program budget achievement identifying efficiencies vs. business case.
• Lead documentation and adherence to Global Powertrain Development Process.
• Ensure product readiness to support launches and define timing milestones.
• Coordinate and support engineering teams to deliver prototypes and production batches.
• Co-lead proactive risk management tasks with QM and Platform team.
• Support technical reviews and evaluations against targets/milestones.
• Lead responses to investigate/action bulletins related to product/process changes.
