Job summary

Express Employment Professionals in Utah is seeking a Product Manager for Power Distribution Equipment based in Enoch, Utah. You will oversee MCCB and ACB products, manage specifications, lifecycle, and coordinate between Korea R&D and US operations during a seven-month training program.

The role requires leadership, strong analytical skills, and collaboration with engineering, production, and quality teams to drive improvements while relocating temporarily for Korea training starting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field.
• Strong understanding of electrical or power distribution equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to conduct basic electrical and mechanical testing.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage product specifications, performance standards, and lifecycle activities.
• Review product quality and reliability during manufacturing and field use.
• Lead root cause investigations and troubleshooting efforts for product issues.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive action plans.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain technical documentation, quality records, and improvement history.
• Serve as a technical liaison between Korea headquarters and U.S. operations.
• Support alignment between product design and manufacturing processes.
