Job summary

States Manufacturing LLC seeks a Project Manager with Industry Technical Expertise to lead project management, planning, and customer service in the electrical power distribution sector. You will coordinate from sales order entry to shipment, ensuring alignment with project goals.

This full-time role requires ERP proficiency, MS Office skills, and strong teamwork. Expect Monday–Friday work hours and travel up to 25% to facilities and customer sites in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years' experience in project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or related field.
• Knowledge of Electrical Power Distribution Equipment preferred.
• Experience with an ERP system.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to pass background and drug test prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct design reviews and coordination of projects with sales, engineering, and production.
• Verifies project specifications for sales orders and interfaces with customers for clarifications or modifications.
• Perform project reviews and follow-up meetings with production, engineering, and sales to document progress and coordinate testing and delivery.
• Document purchased parts sequencing and communicate production lead times and delays with vendors.
