Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of program, project or product management experience.
• Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments.
• Experience in global supply chain management and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage global supply chain strategies for Power & Cooling equipment.
• Drive supplier performance management and risk reduction.
