Qualifications

• 6+ years of related industry experience required.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in supply chain, business, engineering, or related field (or 6+ years experience).
• 4+ years in electrical, mechanical, infrastructure or data center construction industries.
• 6+ years in supplier performance management with direct ownership of negotiations.
• 6+ years in commercial and contract negotiation.
• 6+ years end-to-end supply chain management with emphasis on flexibility and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manages supply chain strategies on a global scale
• De-risk supply chain constraints through sustainable long-term strategies
• Drive the strategic aspects of large complex cross-functional projects
• Develop and maintain supplier capacity modeling
• Understand demand inputs and position supply to support unconstrained growth
• Engage with global supply chain counterparts to drive best practices
• Partner with engineering teams to drive NPI and value-engineering initiatives
• Drive innovation through the supply chain and influence industry practices
• Develop analytical reports to support decision making
• Manage supplier lead times to meet AWS business requirements
• Manage supplier performance and allocation of material to demands
• Travel up to 15% of the year
