Princess Cruises, a leading premium cruise line, seeks a Port Operations Manager to oversee global port services for vessels, coordinating with vendors and authorities to ensure timely, cost-effective execution within budget.

Your role drives performance, plan itineraries, manage contracts, and report on financials while fostering stakeholder relationships across regions. Travel and in-office work are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, logistics or related field.
• 5+ years in a management or leadership role with progressively more responsibility, port-related or marine operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure port activities for company vessels are performed within guidelines, standards and budget.
• Coordinate vendor services and monitor SLA performance to meet company requirements.
• Prepare reports and drive cost-saving initiatives through data analysis.
• Assist in budget preparation and monthly financial reviews for port expenses.
• Plan port operations and vessel itineraries with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local communities and authorities for stakeholder engagement.
• Oversee regional port operations performance and sustainability alignment.
• Support waste oversight and optimization across regions.
