Job summary

Jazwares, a Berkshire Hathaway company, seeks a Procurement Analyst in Florida to own the PO lifecycle across both EDI and non-EDI accounts and ensure accurate, timely processing in our ERP system. You will partner with product development, planning, brand, sales, order management, and Asia merchandisers to resolve issues and keep customer ship dates on track.

Applicants should have 1+ years in procurement or supply chain, be proficient in Excel/Sheets, and bring a proactive, detail-oriented

Qualifications

1+ years of procurement, supply chain, or order management experience.
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Sage X3).
Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills for large data manipulation.

Responsibilities

Manage the PO lifecycle for EDI and non-EDI accounts in our ERP system.
Maintain the Procurement master order tracker with accurate customer order statuses.
Analyze inventory during PO allocation and propose alternatives to meet ship dates.
Follow customer/vendor manuals to ensure labels, polybags, and allocations comply.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve PO issues and ensure on-time delivery.
Review Mass Order Log/Open PO reports to approve ship dates and escalate blockers.
Prepare templates for bulk PO processing and gather product master information.
