Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or order management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Sage X3).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to analyze large datasets.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication across cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the PO lifecycle for both EDI and non-EDI accounts in the ERP system.
• Maintain the master order tracker to reflect accurate customer order statuses.
• Analyze inventory during PO allocation and suggest alternatives to meet ship dates.
• Ensure compliance with vendor manuals, labels, polybags, and allocations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, planning, brand, sales, and Asia merchandisers.
• Review Mass Order Log reports to approve ship dates and resolve blockers.
• Prepare templates for bulk PO processing and gather product information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
