Job summary

Vertiv Group Corporation seeks a Global Project Management Supervisor within Infrastructure Solutions to drive global and regional project success. This leader will guide PMO activities, advance governance, and ensure projects meet time and budget targets.

The role requires strong leadership, collaboration with senior stakeholders, and experience with agile methods and Phase-Gate processes to deliver growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering or related technical degree.
• At least 6 years in technical product development, engineering management, project management, or related experience.
• PMP or Agile (PMI-ACP, DASM, DAC) Certification, or equivalent preferred.
• Approximately 15-20% domestic / international travel is required.
• Strong leadership and written/verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail with strong organizational and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Infrastructure Solutions Leadership to achieve business goals and priorities.
• Identify opportunities for business improvements with senior leadership.
• Lead personnel and resources required to successfully complete projects.
• Lead the Vertiv NPDI Phase-Gate process to ensure project delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Develop agile methodology, processes, and procedures.
• Own Infrastructure Solutions portfolio dashboard for informed decision making.
• Prepare project reports for internal management purposes.
• Manage submissions and approvals through prioritization and pipeline governance.
• Advise partners on presenting and reporting project evidence and information.
• Ensure information records meet internal and external audit standards.
• Meet cost, time, and quality objectives for projects.
• Manage Global Infrastructure Solutions priority and project register.
• Guide PMO processes, tools, and governance across the BU.
• Produce consistent project artifacts (plans, risk registers, status and financial reports).
