Job summary

Viridien, an advanced technology and Earth data company, is seeking a Project Manager to lead a portfolio of projects from initiation through completion in our Houston team.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, finance, and operations, manage charters, schedules, budgets, risks, and ensure delivery on time, within scope and quality. This role offers a hybrid work model with one remote day per week and a focus on governance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 1–5 years of project management experience with Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Hybrid.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across regions with strong stakeholder communication.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and trends.
  • Proficient in Excel and MS Project; Jira experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple mid-level projects through the lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain charters, plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders; communicate progress.
  • Monitor KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage changes and governance; maintain PMO records and dashboards.

Based within our Houston team, this role is responsible for driving project delivery from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage project risks and dependencies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives while helping enhance the efficiency, governance, and successful execution of strategic business and operational projects.About the TeamYou will join our global Project Management Office (PMO) team, responsible for driving the successful delivery of strategic business and operational projects across Viridien's worldwide operations. Working closely with engineering, finance, and operations stakeholders, you will help manage project charters, schedules, budgets, and risk registers that keep our portfolio on track from initiation through completion.The team combines strong project governance with a collaborative, hands-on, and delivery-focused culture.
