Job summary

Chemence Medical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager who will own the Portfolio Management Process and PM capabilities as a Center of Excellence for portfolio, program, and project initiatives.

You will lead governance, ensure alignment with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements, and drive data-driven decisions across medical and performance materials divisions, R&D, operations, and supply chain, while developing PMO maturity and talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent from four-year college.
• Ten or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must have Medical device development experience.
• Experience running various types of programs and projects (R&D, Operations, Capability improvements, Process, M&A, IT, RA, QA, Marketing, etc.).
• Project Management Professional (PMP).
• Medical Device experience a must.
• Coach and mentor colleagues to foster an environment of learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Own the global PMO governance and portfolio strategy alignment.
• Lead portfolio reviews, updates, and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop, implement, and improve PMO methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk for multiple projects across divisions.
