Chemence Medical Inc in Alpharetta, GA seeks an experienced Project Manager to own the Portfolio Management Process and lead the Project Management Center of Excellence across medical and performance materials divisions. You will design, implement, and govern PMO best practices and drive execution of complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering degree is required.
• Ten or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Medical Device experience required.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
• Coach and mentor colleagues to foster an environment of learning and growth.

Responsabilités

• Manages Projects for both divisions– Medical and Performance Materials, including planning, designing, implementing and managing projects.
• Own the global product portfolio governance, ensuring all projects align with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead portfolio reviews, updates, and data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.
• Develop, implement, and improve standard PMO methodologies, tools, and processes for project execution and portfolio management.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk for multiple projects across manufacturing, R&D, supply chain, engineering, and logistics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, engineering, quality, regulatory, sales, marketing, operations) to deliver projects on time and within constraints.
• Escalate issues that threaten portfolio and project success; identify and mitigate risks; drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Provide global leadership and influence at all organizational levels; communicate project status, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
