Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Torrance, CA is seeking a Project Management Lead to drive the delivery of strategic, large-scale initiatives across a global program. You will establish a high-performing PMO, govern governance, and coordinate across multiple teams and partners to ensure on-time delivery.

The role demands strong leadership, program management expertise, and the ability to manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in project or program management in complex, large-scale environments.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership or team management experience.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Establish, lead, and continuously enhance the Project Management Office (PMO), standardizing methodologies, tools, governance, and reporting frameworks.
• Drive enterprise-wide visibility by tracking progress, risks, budgets, and dependencies across all workstreams.
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional project teams delivering complex, large-scale initiatives.
• Enable project leaders by providing structure, tools, and support to ensure alignment, accountability, and successful execution.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments, partners, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Ensure resources, staffing, and processes are optimized to meet project commitments, timelines, and quality expectations.
• Oversee full project lifecycle management—from initiation through successful delivery.
• Develop and govern comprehensive project plans, including objectives, scope, schedules, budgets, risk management, and roadmaps.
