Job description

Team Overview

The TruOps Digital Experience team within Global Operations is responsible for delivering scalable, integrated solutions across the Salesforce ecosystem that enable efficient, consistent execution of the end-to-end lead-to-service lifecycle. The team partners closely with business, operations, finance, sales support, and technology stakeholders to drive global standardization, automation, governance, and continuous improvement across TransUnion’s operating model.

This newly created role reports into a newly established function within TruOps Digital Experience and will help define the international strategy, deployment approach, and repeatable playbooks needed to scale platform capabilities across geographies. This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and execution lead for international platform strategy and deployment initiatives within the TruOps Salesforce ecosystem, helping align regional processes, operating models, data standards, and governance expectations.
  • Lead discovery across international markets to understand current-state systems, workflows, stakeholder needs, regional practices, and gaps that may impact global standardization or deployment readiness.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across International Operations, Sales/Sales Support, Finance, Billing, Technology, and other business teams to build alignment around scalable, globally consistent ways of working.
  • Shape and evolve international deployment strategies that balance global standardization with required localization for regulatory, language, currency, market, and operational differences.
  • Manage program execution across regions, including roadmap alignment, dependency management, risk and issue tracking, milestone coordination, and communication of progress to key stakeholders.
  • Develop and operationalize scalable deployment playbooks that support repeatable, high-quality execution of platform capabilities across countries and regions.
  • Facilitate governance routines, working sessions, readiness assessments, and stakeholder updates to promote transparency, disciplined execution, and adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to improve process consistency, operational efficiency, business intelligence, communication, and value realization across the global TruOps ecosystem.
  • Help translate business needs into clear process and platform requirements while partnering closely with Technology teams responsible for solution design and technical execution.
Required Knowledge and Experiences
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, digital transformation, operational strategy, or related business transformation work, with experience supporting complex global or cross-regional initiatives.
  • 5+ years leading large-scale, multi-year initiatives in a matrixed environment, with demonstrated ability to coordinate across business, operations, finance, sales support, and technology stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work through ambiguity, build structure where processes are not yet defined, and lead discovery efforts that inform strategy, sequencing, and execution planning.
  • Proven experience developing roadmaps, implementation plans, governance routines, and scalable playbooks that drive consistent outcomes across complex stakeholder ecosystems.
  • Strong stakeholder influence, negotiation, and partnership skills, with the ability to build trust, navigate competing priorities, resolve conflict constructively, and drive progress without direct authority.
  • Strong understanding of business process design, operating model alignment, and B2B lead-to-service workflows, with the ability to connect strategy, process, technology enablement, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Demonstrated capability in value realization and performance tracking, including defining success measures, assessing adoption, identifying operational gaps, and driving continuous improvement.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
Required Technical Skills
  • Experience working with Salesforce or similar enterprise platforms, with enough platform fluency to understand business needs, process impacts, system dependencies, and technology partnership requirements.
  • Ability to document and interpret process flows, current-state/future-state workflows, business requirements, and operational handoffs across teams, countries, and systems.
  • Working knowledge of data governance, master data management concepts, reporting needs, and platform-enabled operational controls that support scalable global execution.
We're also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we're happy to support your career development and growth in:
  • Salesforce certifications or hands-on experience supporting Salesforce-enabled transformation, deployment, or optimization initiatives.
  • Working knowledge of organizational change management methodologies, such as Prosci or ADKAR.
  • Familiarity with program or project management methodologies, such as PMP, Agile, or equivalent delivery frameworks.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement, or operational excellence methodologies.
  • Experience supporting international transformation initiatives, acquisition integration, platform enablement, or global operating model standardization.
