Job summary

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure is seeking a Program Management Senior Manager to lead Platform Planning for OCI's GPU, Compute, and Storage platforms, translating strategic objectives into executable demand, supply, and deployment plans for a global cloud footprint.

This leader partners with Demand, Capacity, Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Sourcing, Finance, and Data Center Operations to ensure aligned, resilient planning and continuous improvement across planning systems,

Qualifications

Experience in demand planning and supply planning within global organizations.
Proven ability to translate forecasts into executable supply and deployment plans.
Strong IBP/S&OP understanding and supplier collaboration.
Experience with ERP/MRP and planning platforms (Oracle Cloud SCM, SAP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder).
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end platform planning for OCI Compute, Storage, and AI infrastructure.
Drive integrated planning across cross-functional teams to balance demand, supply, inventory, and deployment readiness.
Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing, and Capacity Planning to align priorities.
Lead scenario planning and data-driven strategy decisions.
Own planning governance and scalable processes.
