Job summary

Mastercard seeks a strategic leader to head partnerships within Global Business Platforms, partnering with technology platforms serving businesses globally. The role focuses on driving high-value collaborations in payments, card issuing, digital assets, and security analytics to scale impact.

You will build senior-level relationships and influence product roadmaps while guiding cross-functional teams through end-to-end deal processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional deal processes end to end.
• Strong strategic and conceptual thinking with financial acumen.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team responsible for a segment of Global Business Platforms.
• Drive commercial success by identifying, structuring and securing high-value partnerships with Global Platforms.
• Build trusted executive relationships internally and externally to align the business around the partnerships and ensure success.
• Deepen and expand customer relationships across Global Business platforms to identify joint value creation.
• Embed Mastercard’s products and services within platforms that drive mutual value.
• Engage with product and services teams to inform roadmaps and market needs.
