Gore is seeking a Global Planning Leader to drive the global S&OP process and align demand and supply plans across regions. You will lead a multi-region planning team and partner with commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.

The role includes optimizing SAP S/4HANA-enabled planning workflows, enabling better business decisions, and maturing planning maturity.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, engineering, or business or related field.
10+ years in supply chain/planning with 5+ years in people leadership.
Hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience and improvements to planning processes.
Experience leading or owning an S&OP process with governance and cadence.
Lean/Six Sigma and digital tools to improve process efficiency.
Travel up to 10%, including international travel.

Responsabilidades

Own the global S&OP process end-to-end with disciplined cadence and cross-region alignment.
Lead, coach, and develop the multi-region planning team for capability growth.
Optimize SAP S/4HANA-enabled planning processes with digital teams.
Drive demand and supply planning process excellence with KPIs, governance, and standards.
Monitor planning performance and lead root-cause analysis to improve forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
Partner with commercial, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, finance, and logistics to align forecasts and priorities.
