Job summary

First Solar, Inc. is seeking a Planner RDC USA to manage day-to-day end-to-end planning for assigned materials in alignment with RDC strategy. The role ensures adequate inventory to support production uptime and optimizes stock levels across the supply chain.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in supply chain with ERP/MRP experience, preferably Oracle Cloud, and a background in manufacturing. Travel up to 10% may be required, with strong teamwork and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 2+ years in supply chain.
• Bachelor's degree with 1+ year in supply chain.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with MRP concepts and ERP systems (Oracle Cloud preferred).
• APICS/ISM Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute plan for Part and semi-finished goods aligned with planning strategy.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Analyze capacity vs demand and inform cross-functional teams.
• Develop mitigation plans for supply-constrained situations.
• Ensure accurate supplier forecast data for RDC stakeholders.
