Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Security Project Manager to lead enterprise security construction projects across corporate, data center, healthcare and critical infrastructure environments. You will manage budgets, schedules, vendor performance, and cross-functional teams to deliver on-time, within-budget security solutions.

You should have 5+ years in security project management, knowledge of access control and video surveillance, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination with experience may be accepted.
• 5+ years in a security-focused role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of automated/integrated security systems and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead enterprise-capable project management office.
• Develop, track, and report budgets, schedules, and analyses for projects.
• Collaborate with Global Facilities, IT, procurement, and vendors to create project SOWs.
• Manage RFP process for security components on all projects.
• Enforce global system standards by driving design and implementation excellence.
• Deliver end-to-end security construction projects (access control, CCTV, intrusion, perimeter).
• Lead planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (GCs, integrators, electricians, architects, engineers, stakeholders).
• Oversee installation and commissioning of security systems across environments.
• Conduct site assessments, review drawings, validate design compliance with standards.
• Manage risks, change orders, procurement, and vendor performance across construction.
