Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Security Project Manager in the United States for leading enterprise security construction projects, from planning to commissioning. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of physical security systems including access control and CCTV.

The role requires strong project management, security operations knowledge, and excellence in communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years in a security-related role or organization.
• Experience with security systems and operations workflows.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead a project management office for security constructs.
• Develop budgets, schedules, and analyses for assigned projects.
• Coordinate with facilities, IT, procurement, and vendors to create project SOWs.
• Manage RFP processes for security components across projects.
• Direct testing, commissioning, and turnover of security systems.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of physical security construction (access control, CCTV, intrusions).
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and security standards.
