LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Real Estate & Facilities Physical Security Engineer to maintain enterprise security technologies across global operations.

You will deploy, configure, and support access control and video surveillance platforms, monitor system health, and coordinate incident response. The role requires travel up to 25% and on-call rotation.

This position offers a fast-paced environment with collaboration across teams to safeguard people, facilities, and operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing enterprise physical security systems in distributed environments.
• Knowledge of access control, video surveillance, monitoring platforms, and related infrastructure.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and platform issues.
• Experience in system deployment, installation, configuration, commissioning, and lifecycle management.
• Ability to create internal communications and documentation under guidance from leadership.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsabilités

• Administer and support global physical security systems across operations.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot access control platforms (Verkada, Avigilon, Openpath).
• Manage cameras, wired panels, surveillance devices, monitoring solutions, and infrastructure.
• Monitor security events and platform health, availability, and performance.
• Provide hands-on support for servers, network equipment, and security tooling.
• Install, upgrade, and refresh security hardware using standardized procedures.
• Perform firmware/software updates and device lifecycle management.
• Investigate and resolve alerts, outages, and connectivity issues and coordinate restoration.
