Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Specialist in Support Services to provide global physical security technology expertise and operational support for enterprise access control, video surveillance, cloud platforms, and related infrastructure.

Responsibilities include deploying and maintaining Verkada, Avigilon, and Openpath systems, monitoring security devices, and coordinating incident restoration. Travel up to 25% and on-call rotation required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing and supporting enterprise physical security systems in a distributed environment.
• Knowledge of access control, video surveillance, monitoring platforms, and supporting infra tech.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and platform issues.
• Experience with deployment, hardware installation, configuration, commissioning and lifecycle management.
• Ability to develop and deliver internal communications plans with guidance from senior leadership.
• Experience preparing complex documents, reports, and asset inventories.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise physical security systems across global operations.
• Deploy, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot access control platforms, including Verkada, Avigilon, and Openpath.
• Manage camera systems, wired access control panels, surveillance devices, monitoring solutions, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor security events and the operational health, availability, and performance of physical security platforms.
• Provide smart-hands support for servers, network equipment, access control systems, surveillance devices, PCs, and infrastructure tools.
• Deploy hardware; perform rack-and-stack activities; install, configure, upgrade and refresh security and infrastructure equipment.
• Perform firmware/software updates, security patching, and device lifecycle management.
