Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in the state where the position is based within 120 days of completion of US Intern hours.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in patient counseling and healthcare customer service.
• Ability to complete US Intern hours within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers courteously in-store and at the drive-thru window.
• Assist pharmacy and front-store customers with questions and concerns.
• Answer telephone with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Maintain HIPAA confidentiality and protect patient information.
• Support supervising pharmacist and mentor Pharmacy Support Staff.
